Our experienced groomers recommend grooming every four to six weeks. Some of our pups love to get groomed/bathed more often! There are several factors to consider including your pup’s coat and lifestyle.
The sooner we start, the more joyful and stress-free the groom becomes for you, your pup, and our groomers. Our groomers recommend starting no sooner than 12 weeks old but only after approved by the vet and their first set of shots completed by the vet-we want everyone to be safe!!
Tipping is never required but it’s a great way to show your pup’s groomer the appreciation for their one-on-one devotion to your pup. 15-20% of the total grooming price is usual unless your pup needed special attention or extra care.

Absolutely! We will reserve back-to-back time slots so that each fur sibling gets our undivided attention and love-one pampered pet in the van at a time. Each pup deserves their own spotlight!
Not a drop or a spark! Each van is equipped with its own power source and carry fresh, heated water for each individual spa session.
Yes, please. For the safety of each pup that joins us for their perfect spa day, up to date shot records assure that we they can enjoy that spa day worry free. And for our pups, we sanitize between each visit.
For insurance and safety reasons along with your pup’s stress-free visit, our groomers pamper solo in the van. Seeing you through the window can actually make some pups more wiggly. Rest easy-we will care for them with the love that they deserve!
